Each subscription will receive a kickoff call. We don't normally offer calls or meetings for our subscription-based projects. Everything is communicated through a private slack channel you'll have exclusive access to and suggest revisions with Figma comments.
We aim for turn arounds to be as fast as possible. Some projects take only a day while others can take up to months. Depending on your project's needs, we can speed up delivery.
Part time offering gives you access to 2-3 days per week of our time. Full time means 5 days a week you'll have access to us.
All work is overseen by our principal designers.
No worries. Just pause your subscription and restart it when you need more work.
We won't be offended.
During the time your subscription is paused, you may not make any requests. Reactivating a subscription will not include a trial period.
We primarily design using Figma and Framer. Other tools will be added to our arsenal soon.
We'll work as hard as we can to get it right. Sometimes we miss the mark or don't understand the original ask. You can always suggest revisions for us to make and we'll remedy the imperfections immediately.
Due to the nature of how we operate, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer a 2-week paid trial for $995 in case you change your mind early.
